Full-service, independent consultation psychiatry for healthcare providers

Behavioral Health Access

We serve healthcare providers whose primary focus is medicine, but who sometimes need access to specialized behavioral health services, allowing these providers to offer the services their patients need while remaining focused on medicine.

On-Site Specialists

Our providers work on-site and virtually to evaluate the behavioral needs of the patient, perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management, and provide case management services as well as GeneSight testing.

Coordinated Care

We work in lockstep with healthcare providers so that proper care is administered and coordinated across the entire continuum of care, identifying undiagnosed high-risk patients and assuring that underlying issues are addressed before they require costly acute care treatment.

How can we help?

  • Large health systems and hospitals have unique challenges due to their scale and the variety of the services that they offer. Serving as a liaison between the hospital and the clinicians treating underlying mental and behavioral issues, we provide concierge case management focused on the behavioral needs of the patient. We make sure patients receive the behavioral care they need, and we educate the medical providers within the hospital that have a stake in the outcome of the patient.

  • Primary care practices often face challenges integrating behavioral healthcare into their programs. Often, they may lack the clinicians and case management support to serve the full range of behavioral health needs of their patients. It can also be difficult to refer patients out due availability and insurance requirements. Reservoir provides behavioral health assessments and ongoing case management, working collaboratively with PCPs to keep them updated on patients’ progress and managing referrals if patients require a higher level of care.

  • The mental health of pregnant and post-partum women in particular has been historically underserved due to lack of adequate referral networks, specialized expertise and resources required, complicated by the unique context of perinatal care. Reservoir helps patients and providers address these issues, administering proper care while coordinating across the continuum of women's behavioral and medical care.

  • Evaluations required by surgeons and insurance companies are often difficult to obtain, resulting in delayed surgery dates and frustrated patients. Reservoir offers appointments for surgical clearances in different languages within a week, sending letters along with encounter notes to surgeons within a few days of patients’ appointments and keeping providers appraised of no shows.

  • Reservoir helps ensure that top-quality and timely behavioral health services are available at a variety of specialty care practices including chiropractic, gastroenterology, surgery centers, and other specialized healthcare providers.
